If you are looking for a the right place in town to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Pats! I’ve been in a few times and each time was wonderful! I appreciate all of the front staff and the technicians. My car is running great thanks to them!

Recently brought my 06 Ram Cummins to be looked at for a handful of issues. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and it was supposed to be at the very least diagnosed by the following Tuesday. No word from them until that Friday and was told I was sidelined because of a fleet customer on Bragg that I guess took priority. Said they'd call me back by COB Monday with a diagnosis on everything. Never heard anything until I called them Wednesday afternoon (2 weeks later) to tell them I was coming to pick it up. I get things happen, but the lack communication and failure to meet agreed upon timelines is unacceptable. I should have listened to my gut when I pulled in and went elsewhere because the place looks more like a junkyard than a "performance" shop.

I've got an '04 F-250 with the 6.0 Powerstroke. I've had it at four different shops four different times they all told me the truck was fixed and yet kept recurring with the same problem. I called Pat talk to him period after talking with the young man I took a chance had it towed from Durham to Fayetteville. After he diagnosed everything gave me a price on the total job had my truck back on the road within 4 days. Truck is running perfect. Very professional shop. I am 110% satisfied and from here on out he's getting 100% of all my mechanic work. I strongly suggest anyone needing any work diesel or gas automobiles. You should definitely do yourself a favor and take your vehicles to him.
